Hall hire charge £250 - ( Any bookings in 2025) To be paid 1 week prior to the event.

Deposit of £50 - This will cover any damaged equipment on the night or cancellation. The deposit will be returned to you after the event if no damage is caused. To be paid when you book.

Hall Decorations - All decorations to be cleared away at the end of the event. No confetti in or outside the premises.

Food - We do not offer food packages however you can bring your own food, we offer use of our kitchen at an additional cost, Kitchen cleaned and all food to be cleared from hall after the event. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit. Also No nuts on the premises.

Hire Times - Ask to speak to Rebecca for details as this varies or call the club for Rebecca-s detail to discuss further.

Music - Dj's or live music for your event need to be discussed when booking, paid for by the customer.

Security - All events will require security, this is inclusive in the hire price but depending on the event this may vary if more security is needed.

If you require extra bar staff for the event this will be at an extra cost to the customer. invoices on request.
